How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on whether you are in the UK or oversees and the weight of the parcel. Shipping does work out more economical if you order multiple items at once. The price of postage covers both shipping costs and packaging.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We offer shipping to all international countries!

What shipping options do you offer?
Most of our UK orders are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class. For oversees orders we offer International Standard Delivery.

How long do orders take to be sent?
I aim to send all orders within 2 working days.

How long does shipping take?
UK orders should arrive within 2 working days for 1st class (there may be slight delays depending on the courier)
International orders (standard and tracked & signed) aim to arrive in 6-10 working days (at peak times slightly longer). So if ordering Convention or Assembly products I would advise ordering at least 2 weeks in advance to make sure they arrive in time.

What does Digital/Physical mean?
Digital products are digital pdf files of our books & personalised baptism prints which can be downloaded straight after checkout and which you can print out at home.
Physical products are printed versions of our books which are wiro bound and usually have a soft cover, as well as badges, sticker sheets and other gifts which are sent to you by post.

Do you offer discounts?
If ordering a very large order I may be able to reduce the price slightly so please feel free to message me at purejoypaperdesigns@gmail.com or through the contact page. From time to time I also offer sales and discount codes. Can you include gift messages in an order?
Yes! If you would like a little gift message included inside your parcel, leave a message during checkout and I can do this for you free of charge.
